Performing your own repairs

Als je je eigen reparaties wilt uitvoeren is dat prima. Zorg er wel voor dat je weet waar je aan begint om teleurstelling te voorkomen. Houd het volgende in gedachten:

• We are unable to provide you with service manuals or other documentation
• Some parts require setup or adjustment after being replaced. Make sure you have the correct equipment and tools needed for this.
• We can't provide help for your repair by phone or email
• It's your responsibility to determine the correct parts needed. Keep in mind that often multiple parts can be defective, which sometimes only becomes apparent after replacing a part
• All parts are special order which means we can't take them back
• No warranty is provided on spare parts as we have no means of determining part operational status without the complete device and parts might become damaged after replacement because of other failed parts (eg power supply faulty which damages replacement board)
• Part delivery times are only an estimate. Often very popular or less-used parts can have long delivery times from the manufacturer.
• Part prices as displayed were correct at time of entry. If prices differ when ordering parts at the manufacturer we reserve the right to either cancel your order and perform a refund or arrange payment of the difference.
